To use Shellac Gel by CND, you should follow these steps:
- Prep your nails: Clean, shape and buff your nails, then push back the cuticles and remove any oils or residue.
- Apply Base Coat: Apply a thin layer of the Shellac Base Coat, then cure it under a UV light for 2 minutes.
- Apply Color Coat: Apply a thin, even layer of the Shellac Color Coat, then cure it under a UV light for 2 minutes. Repeat this step if desired.
- Apply Top Coat: Apply a thin layer of the Shellac Top Coat, then cure it under a UV light for 2 minutes.
- Cleanse: Cleanse the nails with alcohol to remove the sticky residue.

To use Vinylux Polish by CND, follow these steps:
- Start with clean and dry nails. Remove any old polish and push back the cuticles.
- Apply the base coat (Vinylux Weekly Base Coat) and let it dry for 2 minutes.
- Apply two thin coats of the Vinylux color polish of your choice, allowing 2 minutes of drying time between each coat.
- Finish with the top coat (Vinylux Weekly Top Coat) and let it dry for 2 minutes.
- Vinylux Polish is designed to dry naturally and become more durable with exposure to natural light over the course of the week.
- Repeat the process once a week, or as needed, to keep your nails looking beautiful.
