15-Day Return Window: You can return items within 15 days of delivery. Past this period, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
Item Condition for Return: Make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on polishes, gels, powders, products without tamper-proof seals, electronics, and clearance items.
Initiating a Return/Exchange: Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process. Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond.
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about your refund status.
Refund Timeline: Refunds typically process in 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.
Merchant Fees: Refunds and cancellations are subject to merchant fees, varying by the payment provider.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
Eligibility: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Email us at [email protected] for assistance.
Electrical Equipment: No returns/exchanges. Register the warranty with the manufacturer.
Seal-less Products and Nail Monomers: These items are non-returnable once shipped, considered as "Used Condition."
Lost or Missing Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered."
Manufacturer’s Warranty: All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer's responsibility. Register your product to ensure warranty coverage.
Product Variations: We are not liable for changes in manufacturing components, specifications, or color.
